The Breuil-Cervinia Valtournenche Zermatt area is one of the largest in the Alps stretching across 3 valleys linking Italy and Switzerland with incredible verticals from the 3883m peak of Piccolo Cervino down to the 1524m at Valtournenche. The impressive network of trails provides the chance to ski all day without ever repeating the same run twice, alternating easier runs with those of increasing difficulty.

Some classic Cervinia ski tours include...
Monte Breithorn (4165m) - 1 Day
This ski tour starts from the Plateau Rosa at 3500m where you skin up 670m to Piccolo Cervino/Klein Matterhorn. From there, you ski down the long glacier before using skins again up to Monte Breithorn. With panoramic views of the towering peaks in every direction, the final descent takes you through 2000m of vertical back in to Cervinia.
Cheneil (2105m) to Col du Croux (2697m) - 1 Day
This is a fantastic ski tour starting from the pretty village of Cheneil at 2015m on the Valtournenche plateau. The route to Col Croux takes you through breathtaking scenery and from the top, the views are spectacular with the peaks of the Mont Blanc Massif, Gran Paradiso and Grand Combin in the distance.
Zermatt to Sass Fee (6 day ski tour)
This ski tour requires high levels of fitness and strong technical skis in order to navigate some of the long steep glacial descents and to make ascents of over 1000m per day. The summit of the Klein Matterhorn is the starting point and easily reached via the cable car from Cervinia via Plateau Rosa (3500m). The ski tour takes you through the Monte Rosa group of peaks and then on to the Michabel sector in Saas Fee with 4000m peaks in every direction.
Val de Nana via Rifugio Tournalin to Cervinia
This tour is for expert skiers and starts in the pretty village of Saint Jacques at the end of the Valley of Ayas - this area has no lifts or pistes! Skins are used to make the ascent up the snow covered road to the Rifugio Tournalin sitting below the pass of Col de Nana and the towering mountain Grand Tournalin at 3300m. Thats the easy part. The next valley you descend into is the valley of Ayas (Champoluc) which continues into the valley of Valtournenche (Cervinia) via the pass of Col de Nana and Cime Bianche - this is where the ski tour requires excellent technical skills.

Welcome to Scuola Sci Cervinio - one of the oldest ski schools in the Alps dating back to 1936. Our team of over 100 professional instructors provides lessons in a range of disciplines from skiing and snowboarding to freeride and telemark.
The Biancaneve” miniclub provides group children's lessons from the age of 5, provides lunch and organises snow activities in the afternoon so parents can leave their children in the morning and pick them up in the evening.
During the summer, we also offer ski lessons on the Plateau Rosà Glacier at 3480m.
