Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 7 m2, north-west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Residence "Saint Gervais d'en Haut", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of de Saint-Gervais, in a quiet position, 6.8 km from the skiing area, located by a road. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces). Grocery 2.3 km, restaurant 2.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Tennis 2.3 km, skisport facilities 2.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc 2.3 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
