"Jardins Alpins 5", 3-room apartment 45 m2 on 2nd floor, south-east facing position. Entrance hall. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating. Beautiful distant view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 24. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Residence "Les Jardins Alpins", 5 storeys. In the resort, 500 m from the centre, 7.8 km from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 500 m, grocery 500 m, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.9 km. Tennis, minigolf 800 m, sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc.
