Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage, height 200 cm, width 290 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

The residence comprises two 4-storey buildings. Residence "Conseil", 4 storeys. In the centre of Saint Gervais, 9.4 km from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 20 m, grocery 20 m, restaurant, railway station "Le Fayet" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5 km. Tennis 1.4 km, minigolf 1.4 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
