Electric heating. Small balcony 4 m2, west facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
