Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 sofabed (135 cm), 1 x 1 bunk beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 4 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Residence "Les Aiguilles du Midi", 3 storeys. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.6 km from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery 900 m, restaurant, bakery 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 1.9 km, minigolf 1.9 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ice rink 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
