Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the town. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift.

Residence "Les Aiguilles du Midi", 3 storeys. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.6 km from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery 900 m, restaurant, bakery 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 1.9 km, minigolf 1.9 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ice rink 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
