Exit to the terrace, south facing position and east facing position. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 4 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Residence "Les Grets", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.8 km from the skiing area, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool heated (12 x 7 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Le chateau" 280 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 2.3 km, minigolf 2.3 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 280 m, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.
