Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce gusto) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Residence "Les Grets", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.8 km from the skiing area, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool heated (12 x 7 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Le chateau" 280 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 2.3 km, minigolf 2.3 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 280 m, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended.
