Sauna, washroom, separate WC, outdoor storage room and small covered terrace. There is a wireless internet connection (4G) in the apartment. The airport bus stops next to the house.
Ski waxing table and iron are located in the storage. Wall outlet for heating a car is located in the housing company's common yard area.
The illuminated ski trail is within 300 m distance (connecting trail is maintained by the residents, no maintenance).
