257 km to the north from Rovaniemi, in the center of the Saariselkä tourist center nearby spa and grocery shop (Kuukkeli).
Apartment in a wood-built row house, built in 1979, renovated and re-styled in 2020.
Living room with sofa bed, double bed in bedroom, kitchenette, sauna, washroom, separate WC and storage. Evertin Hippu is a cozy apartment located in the area, which is known of gold digging history.
The airport bus stops next to the house. Ski trail network (connection trail) starts from the yard.
Located in the center of Saariselkä tourist center. Spa, restaurants, grocery shop and other services are within a walking distance.

The firewood can be found in the outside storage.

Please note that the building was completed at the turn of the 1970s and 1980s, and the ventilation and drainage system, as well as the building materials, are from that time.
