A semi-detached house in the Rantaruka area, peaceful area, good for familes. There are several cottages in the area. In the backyard a covered terrace 7 m².

Additional information: Apartment 80 m² without loft, the loft is 15 m², the highest point of the loft 1,83 cm. Cot=Travel bed for children. End cleaning included to the price.
