25km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village (Western Ruka) 2,2 km, Lake Talvijärvi 20m, shallow beach. Plank-built apartment, built in 1989, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: convertible sofa, loft: 4 beds, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Downstairs 50 m² + loft 14 m².
Row house situated on Lake Talvijärvi. Other row houses in the area. Attn. On the contrary to the photos there isn't any television set on the loft.
Additional equipment: Rowing boat by the lake Talvijärvi.
