WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Carpet. 2 balconies. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Double beds with two single mattresses (2x90cmx200cm).

Rustic farmhouse "Schoberhof". In the district of Schwendau 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.5 km from the centre of Hippach, 5 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 200 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Mountain railway 500 m, ski school, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hintertuxer Gletscher 20 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
