Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The tiled stove is powered by electricity. The sauna is located directly in the apartment.

Ramsau: The landlord lives in the same house, barbecue, garden and playground are only available for shared use. Washing machine can be used for a fee of 5 euros per wash. 2-family house "Hocheben", 1'000 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows. In the district of Ramsberg 4 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the centre of Ramsau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4.5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Available: sledges for children (7). Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Skisport facilities 4.5 km, ski rental 4.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Horbach/Penken 4.5 km, Zillertal Arena, Ahornbahn. Hiking paths: Wallfahrtskirch Maria Rast, Ahorn. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
