Sun Peaks trail map Skiing & snowboarding around the pistes of Sun Peaks, British Columbia
Sun Peaks in North Thompson is a wonderful ski-in, ski-out resort in the heart of the Shuswap Highlands of British Columbia’s Rocky Mountains.
It is a very family friendly ski resort with around 70% of the pistes geared up for beginners and intermediate skiers and boarders.
However, the area around Sun Peaks mountain also delivers some steep and challenging terrain for those with more experience with deep powder bowls and black pistes on Tod Mountain.
One look at the Sun Peaks trail map shows the extent of the back-country off piste opportunities - surfing through the "ghost" forests in deep powder and surrounded by pristine natural beauty.
One of the best ways and least expensive ways to go ski touring around SUn Peaks is via the snowcat - no need for your trail map here as your local guide will escourt you in to the unknown for an adventure to remember.
