With nearly 250km of pistes to explore, ski holidays in Alpe d'Huez are fun and exciting - venturing off the beaten track and exploring this vast ski area - the Alpe d'Huez piste map will be invaluable navigating around the various mountain trails.

One of our favourite runs is the 16km Sarenne run which is the longest black run in Europe (some might say the world!)

There are also over 20 truly legendary itineraries leaving from the summit of Le Pic Blanc 3330m and most of which cover a difference in height of 2000m. Easily accessible from the ski lifts, these trails always have good snow coverage.

Whatever level of skier or boarder you are, you will certainly have a great time on your ski holidays in Alpe d'Huez and what makes it even better is that most of the accommodation, ski chalets or apartments are close to the lifts and pistes.
