Bellecôte's North Face - La Plagne
The North face of Bellecôte is a popular choice for guided off-piste tours with challenging couloirs such as Vallencant and the Glacier de Pépin. The route takes you through rustic hamlets and to the far end of the Champagny Valley in the Vanoise national park.
Aiguille Rouge Glacier Ski tour - Les Arcs
From Les Arcs, you can take the cable car to the Aiguille Rouge glacier at 3226m where the panoramic views of the Jura, Swiss and Italian Alps are incredible. From here, there are many off-piste options including the 7km decent down to 1200m - one of the largest verticals in the Alps.
