Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Cosy, rustic chalet "Le Tetras". 5 apartments in the property. 1.5 km from the centre of Morzine, 12 km from the centre of Avoriaz, 60 km from the centre of Genf, in the residential district, 8 km from the lake, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery 150 m, lake Lac de Montriond 8 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m.
