Cosy apartment house "Résidence du Rhône A+B". On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.1 km from the lake, on a main road, south facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (6 x 11 m, depth 65 - 175 cm, pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). In the house: sauna, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Public car park at 800 m, extra. Shop, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bakery 700 m, bus stop "Montana Gare" 300 m, lake Grenon 1.1 km.
