58 m2. More information by the provider: The house Nicoletta is located in the centre of the village, right next to the slopes and the main street. Most restaurants, shops and bars can be reached by foot within a few minutes. The house Nicoletta offers a wellness area with Jacuzzi and Sauna that can be used by all guests of the house.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of house Nicoletta (elevator available). There are 3 bedrooms (all with double beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub/toilet and one with a shower/toilet). There is a big dining and living room with an open kitchen. On the sleeping couch in the living room two extra people can be accomodated. From the balcony one can enjoy wonderful mountain views. A ski storage room and free WIFI are available.
All our guests receive the SaastalCard. The SaastalCard grants numerous attractive discounts like unlimited use of all cable cars (except the Metro Alpin) in summer. In addition, the use of buses in the Saas Valley is free all year round. Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental price. Not included in the rental price: Tourist taxes Summer (01.05. -31.10.): CHF 7.00/night for adults, CHF 3.50/night for children (age 6 - 15.99). Tourist taxes Winter (01.11. -30.04.): CHF 4.50/night for adults, CHF 2.25/night for children (age 6 - 15.99).
