Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 children's room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 180 cm with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Shower. Small balcony 5 m2, north facing position balcony 5 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

The swimming pool is located in the neighboring building 50m away. Residence "Haut de Cry". In a quiet position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (seasonal availability: 16.Dec. - 01.Nov. pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00). In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 650 m, outdoor swimming pool 850 m. Golf course 16 km, tennis, gondola lift 800 m, ski bus stop 500 m.
