Balcony, north facing position, terrace 20 m2, north facing position and west facing position, lawn 45 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Reserved parking (2 cars) at 200 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only DE.
