Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery, ceiling height 40 - 150 cm with 1 sleeping facility (140 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 15 m2, large garden 800 m2, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (2 cars) at 15 m. Please note: TV only FR. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
