How to get to Samoens
By plan
Samoens in the Grand Massif ski area is easily accessible from a number of international airports. Airport transfers from Geneva takes around 75 mins but there are also airport transfers from Lyon, Grenoble and Chambery for your ski holidays in Samoens.
By car
If you are coming by car, its roughly 750km from Calais and takes between 8 and 9 hours. It's motorway all the way except for the last 20km when you exit the Autoroute Blannche (A40) at Clues.
By train
By train, the closest station is Clues which is 20km from Samoëns just off the A40 motorway.
