Small balcony 5 m2, east facing position. Reserved parking space n B20 (roofed). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
